By placing an order with Nellie Pearl, you are agreeing with these term and conditions listed here. If you wish to order a personalised item, a deposit will be needed before I start working on the item. This would be obviously be involved within the discussion about the item. This would be 50% of the item. The remaining amount and postage would need to be settled before I send out. If for some reason this cannot be done, the deposit would be non-refundable. As all personalised items are hand sewn, they can take two-three weeks to be sewn and posted. Larger and more detailed items will take longer to create so please keep this in mind when you are ordering for a special date. Items from my shop will be aimed to be postage within 2-5 working days. You will receive an email at every stage of your item being made and your order, finishing with your item being posted out.
Nellie Pearl take good care to ensure all of the descriptions on the website are suitable for the items listed, however, not all of them are binding and are a general description. They may sometimes be a variation in the colour of the fabrics, due to what setting you have on your browser on or computer software. Nellie Pearl cannot be held responsible for these changes. As you can see, all Nellie Pearl are handmade by myself, so you know with Nellie Pearl you will be getting a bespoke, unique item. Please note that the prices for this will be dependent on the work required. All personalised items are made with the understanding that they will in my style of design but if you would like a certain style, please state when you order the item.
All payments must be paid through the website and via PayPal. If you wish to order a personalised item, please make a request by using the contact page. The payment process is safe and secure and once your payment has been received, I can make the item. Any refunds may take up to 15 working days.
On average, it will take 2 days- 3 weeks after your purchase/order to make and post your item so please be aware of this when if you are ordering for a special event. The bigger the items are, the higher the postage will be and this would be discussed during the personalisation discussion. All postage will be sent via second class via Royal Mail. If you want the item sent to someone as a gift, for a small fee, I can post this with a special message and gift wrapped. UK postage only.
If you would like to cancel your personalised item, please do so within four days of placing the order, items from my shop would be have to cancelled within 24 hours. I cannot refund unwanted items once the item has been sent out. If you cancel during those times, all payments will be refunded within 15 working days.
All the items sold via Nellie Pearl are under a three month guarantee against wear and tear, for example, if the fabric comes loose. I would be happy to repair the item, although the cost of postage must be covered by the customer. This guarantee doesn't cover any item that have been ripped, stained, or damaged under the customer's influence.
